3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Sunrise Energy aims to ensure complete satisfaction with our solar energy installations. Our policy regarding payments and cancellations is as follows:

  • Consultation & Site Surveys: Fees paid for initial site surveys or feasibility studies (if applicable) are non-refundable as they cover technical labor and travel costs.
  • Installation Phase: Once the physical installation process has commenced on your property, no refunds will be issued.
  • Equipment Warranty: While Sunrise Energy does not offer refunds on installed systems, all high-quality components (panels and inverters) are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist clients in processing warranty claims for any defective hardware.
  • Workmanship Warranty: We provide a [ 1-year] workmanship warranty. If a system failure occurs due to improper installation, Sunrise Energy will rectify the issue at no additional cost.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited within [10-15] business days via the original mode of payment.
